I don't mind occasionally having to reinvent
a wheel;
I don't even mind using someone's reinvented
wheel occasionally. But it helps a lot if it is symmetric,
contains no fewer than ten sides, and has the axle centered.
I do tire of trapezoidal wheels with offset axles.

Although
Tate doesn't do design, we do everything just shy of it. We can take your raw
concept and make it a reality - fast. Quick turnarounds are key to moving
your design from prototype to the start-up production stage.
Tate can spot potential problems and suggest improvements before the first
run is ever attempted. After the initial run, your prototype will be inspected
and tested and returned quickly - as fast as 24 hours after we receive
all required materials. Even prototype runs as large as 100 boards only require
3-4 days lead time - a feat that speaks to our proficiency. Prototypes are
very important to us; they are a perfect fit within our overall desire to be
a complete turn key manufacturer.
Tate
welcomes the challenges prototype production often brings. Our staff and equipment
allow us to build complex printed circuit boards incorporating an assortment
of component placement requirements:
- Plated-Through-Hole (PTH)
- Surface Mount (SMT)
- Ball Grid Array (BGA)
- Mixed
Our ability to efficiently blend multiple component placement technologies
on both sides of the board offers you total flexibility in your design. Every
stage of production and testing is carefully documented to help you continually
refine and improve product functionality and performance. Your success guarantees
our success.
