It is the goal of Tate Technology to consistently provide products and services that surpass the expectations of our customers in regards to quality, on time delivery, and the attainment of total customer satisfaction. We do this by employing the most talented people, operating equipment and processes that exceed requirements, and continuously looking for ways to improve our operation, provide new services, and be the best solution for our customers for their electronic manufacturing. Our vision is to remain a young, healthy company that provides career learning opportunities for our employees with stable income and an idea nurturing atmosphere. It is also our vision to continue to grow, regardless of economic conditions. Above all, Tate Technology believes in total honesty with customers, suppliers, agencies, and employees in every business transaction. We will not hide defects from customers or attempt to modify workmanship standards to save money. We will go beyond the call of duty to meet commitment dates and beat nearly any lead time from any competitor. We understand that over-committing can cause problems when dates or prices are missed. We are honest with each other and it naturally extends to suppliers and customers.

Quality is a key element of Tate Technology’s commitment to delivering value for our customers. As part of our ongoing effort for continuous improvement Tate Technology is ISO 9001:2008 certified encompassing all aspects of the company. From quoting and order entry to production and test, we are constantly and consistently reviewing and updating our processes to ensure we remain lean, responsive, and competitive all with an unsurpassed level of quality.

RoHS RoHS Compliant

We feel it is our responsibility to play our part in today’s environment and build products which are socially and environmentally sustainably. We accomplish this by restricting the use of certain dangerous substances {Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent chromium (Hex-Cr), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE)}.

Electronic manufacting and assembly requires the acquisition of many components. We are sensitive to this and make careful decisions that reflect compliance with RoHS requirements as well as other high standards. We believe in testing and development of products that use little or no hazardous substances and protocols that are of low impact on environmental destruction.

Award/Publications Statement

Tate Technology was named SBA's 2010 WA State & Region 10 - Family-Owned Business of the Year. Annual winners of this award are judged by an independent panel of judges for select winners based on multiple criteria, including; staying power, business growth, increase in employees, response to adversity, innovation, leadership and contributions to the small business community, and evidence of community oriented project.
